North Korea: U.N. Security Council To Sanction Space Agency, Diplomat Says

The U.N. Security Council will sanction North Korea's space agency the week of Jan. 21 in a resolution condemning a ballistic launch, an unnamed diplomatic source said, AFP reported. The resolution, which could pass as early as Jan. 23, also targets other North Korean individuals and government entities with links to the country's nuclear weapons program, U.N. envoys said. The diplomatic source said the resolution reiterates previous Security Council demands that North Korea end its nuclear weapons program.
