North Korea: Fuel Truck Seen Near Rocket Launch Site, South Korean Official Says

North Korea will begin fueling its rocket Dec. 8, according to a South Korean official who said a fuel vehicle has been detected at the Dongchang-ri missile launch site in North Pyongan Province, Xinhua reported, citing South Korean media. The fuel truck has been going in and out of a fuel store about 80 meters (260 feet) from the launch site, and trailers carrying first- and second-stage engines, air compressors and cranes have also been seen near the launch site, the official said. Launch preparations began Dec. 7.
