Iraq: Kirkuk-Ceyhan Pipeline Bombed, Source Says

The Kirkuk-Ceyhan oil pipeline was bombed May 8 in the district of Shirqat in Iraq's Salah ad Din province, a source in the North Oil Company said, Alsumaria reported. The bombing majorly damaged the pipeline and caused the leakage of large amounts of oil, the source said. Oil flow is expected to resume in about 48 hours, the source said.
