Congo: M23 Delays Withdrawal From Goma

The M23 militia postponed its departure from Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo, on Nov. 30, defying the second ultimatum set by neighboring countries, AP reported. A militia spokesman said M23 needed two more days for logistical reasons to withdrawal from the city. The rebels later seized Congolese military arms that were being safeguarded at Goma's international airport. The M23 militia has been in Goma since Nov. 20
