U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on March 17 declared an end of the U.S. policy of “strategic patience” toward North Korea and said it may be necessary to take preemptive military moves against Pyongyang if its nuclear weapons and missile programs reach a level that Washington believes requires action, the Washington Post reported.
