North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un told the heads of his internal security branches to find and eliminate rebellious people, The Telegraph reported Nov. 27, citing KCNA. According to a Japanese expert on North Korean affairs, Pyongyang's power is weakening in rural areas of the country and there have been complaints against the regime.
