Vice President of Custom Intelligence Services

Bret Boyd is Vice President of Stratfor’s Custom Intelligence Services, focused on helping clients use Stratfor’s intelligence, forecasting and advisory capabilities to increase revenues and manage risk.

Prior to Stratfor, Mr. Boyd served in leadership roles at several high-growth companies and as an officer in the United States Special Operations Command. During his military service, Mr. Boyd deployed to combat operations in Iraq four times as well as to stability operations in other regions.

David D. Judson

Editor-in-Chief

David D. Judson is Stratfor’s editor-in-chief. He oversees both the global network of the company’s information gathering area specialists as well as the publishing team in Austin that works with analysts to craft Stratfor’s work into written, video and graphic form. Before joining Stratfor, Judson worked for the Istanbul-based Dogan Media Group for eight years, first as managing editor of the Turkish-language business daily Referans and later as editor-in-chief of the Hurriyet Daily News, the company’s English paper.

Vice President of Marketing

Carissa Holmes is Stratfor's Vice President of Marketing. Prior to joining Stratfor in 2013, Carissa drove the strategic direct marketing vision for brands such as Gevalia (a division of Kraft Foods), Scholastic books, Bertlmen's Group and Gerber Life.

Most recently Ms. Holmes ran all direct to consumer and brand marketing for Guthy-Renker International, promoting brands like Proactiv, WEN and Meaningful Beauty in 76 countries by leading teams in London, Tokyo, Moscow, Wiesbaden, Hong Kong and Sydney.
