South Sudan will complete its oil production shutdown by Jan. 28, South Sudanese ruling party Secretary-General Pagan Amum said Jan. 27 in Addis Ababa, Reuters reported. The shutdown comes after Sudan and South Sudan failed to reach an agreement to end an oil crisis.
