Unknown gunmen shot and killed two Coptic Christians, a man and his son, as they sat in front of their shop in the southern Egyptian town of Bahgura, a police official said, AFP reported Jan. 27. More than 1,500 Copts later gathered in the nearby town of Nagaa Hammadi to protest the killings.
