John McCain's campaign offices in Centennial, Colo., and Manchester, N.H., on Aug. 21 received threatening letters that contained white powder, leading to the evacuation and medical evaluations of staff members, The Associated Press reported. Authorities were testing the unidentified white powder to determine if it was a hazardous material.
