Philippines: Manila Warns Beijing About Energy Moves

Manila has asked Beijing not to undertake actions that would raise tensions in the South China Sea following reports that China has been inviting bids for oil exploration in disputed areas of the region, a spokesman for Philippine President Benigno Aquino III said Aug. 2, ABS-CBN News reported.
