Moldovan rebel leader Yevgeny Shevchuk met with Russian President Vladimir Putin's special representative for the Moldovan breakaway territory of Transdniestria and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitri Rogozin in Moscow on Aug. 3, a Shevchuck spokesman said, Infotag reported.
