U.S.: Visa Rules For Iranian Students Eased

The United States will ease visa terms for Iranian students to support their aspirations to effect political change in Iran, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said May 20, AFP reported. Iranian students and exchange visitors are eligible for two-year, multiple-entry visas under the new terms; previously they were only allowed three-month, single-entry visas. Washington will continue looking for ways to fuel opportunities for change in Iran, Clinton said.
