What to Expect

Temporarily, our website will be free and accessible to all and will contain only our most recent reports. Over the next few weeks, we’ll update you as the following changes take place:

• In the next week or so, we will inform paid subscribers how to secure a new password. If you’re ever in doubt about whether you’ve received an official Stratfor communication, check our Facebook page or contact us at feedback@stratfor.com.
• Once we’ve established a secure e-commerce platform, we will begin accepting new subscribers and allowing current subscribers to update their billing information.
• Paid subscribers will then be able to log in to our website with their new passwords to gain full access to our content. As always, free subscribers will retain access to free content.
• We’ll resume emailing reports and updates to paid and free subscribers according to individual account preferences.
• All archived analyses will be restored to the website for paid subscribers.
• Our website, relaunched with a new design that was planned prior to the attack, will come with new features. These will be progressively rolled out as they’re completed.
