Reclaiming Your Account
If you were a subscriber as of December 2011, you can still reclaim your subscriber account if you have not done so. These are the steps to reclaiming your account:

1. Visit Strafor.com/account-reset
2. Request a temporary password
3. Create a new password
4. Update your account information
5. Configure your email preferences

Once you reclaim your account, you will begin receiving our reports according to your email preferences.
