Official Kuwaiti news agency KUNA, citing Turkey’s Anadolu Agency (AA), reported on Wednesday that Turkish police had uncovered a plot to assassinate Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. KUNA reported that authorities arrested five people from the southern Mediterranean coastal city of Antalya in connection with the case. The alleged plotters, who included a member of the special forces and a member of the military, were discovered through their participation in a blog.
