South African troops will leave the Central African Republic, because the deal under which they were deployed has become void after the government was ousted, South African President Jacob Zuma said April 4, Al Jazeera reported, citing public broadcaster SABC.

Francois Bozize, the ousted president of the Central African Republic, has said that Chadian special forces led the final operation of the rebellion on March 23-24, helping the Seleka group seize power, the BBC reported April 3.
