Russian energy firm Gazprom has reached an investment agreement on construction of the Slovenian portion of the South Stream natural gas pipeline, Voice of Russia reported Nov. 13.
Final deals on investment in the South Stream gas pipeline have been decided, Gazprom officials said, The Wall Street Journal reported Nov. 8.
