A bomb exploded outside the Philippine House of Representatives on Nov. 13, killing at least one person and wounding six inside. At this point it is unclear whether there was a specific target. This appears to be the first bomb attack at the House of Representatives. Eyewitnesses reported seeing a car outside in flames, and initial reports said the explosion came from a nearby car. The device used appeared to have been planted near the car.
