Video Dispatch: Lisbon Clears the Czech Hurdle

Czech President Vaclav Klaus signs the Lisbon Treaty, completing the ratification process. The measure is meant to strengthen the European Union as a global entity, but STRATFOR analyst Marko Papic says history and geography stand to undermine that vision.
