Armenian President Serzh Sarkisian makes a landmark visit to Turkey, in the wake of protocols intended to pave the way for normalized relations with a long-time foe. The move has splintered Sarkisian’s political support base, and also raises questions about the future of Turkey’s relationship with ally and neighbor Azerbaijan.
