Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin on July 3 said U.S. President Barack Obama is wrong to suggest that Putin is stuck in a Cold War mindset, The Associated Press reported. Obama said July 2 that Putin had "one foot in the old ways of doing business and one foot in the new." In response to the comments, Putin said Russians "stand solidly on their own two feet and always look into the future."
